IDcraft Studio prints CR80 PVC cards on Windows. The installer is not on this site yet. These are the facts for the app that file will install.

What you need

  • Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • An identity document saved as a PDF, such as an ID form
  • Card size locked to 85.60 × 53.98 mm
  • Thermal or inkjet printers that take CR80 PVC stock

What the installer will include

  • Print-ready CR80 PVC layouts from that PDF
  • Fields for name, role, and ID number
  • Output for thermal and inkjet card printers

Not included: birthday, wedding, and New Year cards, photo tools, or invitations.

  1. 01

    Open an ID form PDF

Use an identity document that is already saved as a PDF, such as an ID form. The app sets that file into a print-ready CR80 PVC layout instead of leaving you to scale a page by hand.

  2. 02

Check the fields on the card

Name, role, and ID number sit in the layout beside the portrait. Confirm they fall inside 85.60 × 53.98 mm before you print.

  3. 03

    Print on CR80 PVC stock

Send the card to a thermal or inkjet printer that takes CR80 PVC. The page is the card, not a sheet of thumbnails.

For print shops, offices, and schools that already have a CR80 printer and an ID form saved as a PDF.
